Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We gladly offer free returns as long as:

  • The item is unopened,
  • In new condition, and
  • Returned within 28 days of purchase.

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a return or refund.

Return Window

You have 28 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Requests made after 28 days cannot be processed.

Once on the website, you can follow the simple steps provided to generate your return label, ensuring a hassle-free return process
  2. Contact us: Email info@vira-care.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  3. Inspection and approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days and applied to your original payment method.

Non‑Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items not in their original, unopened packaging,
  • Items not in new condition,
  • Gift cards,
  • Digital or downloadable products.
